ECRITS ET DEBATS CONSTITUTIONNELS DE LA REVOLUTION AMERICAINE

 

Dans cette liste, Dorothy Carrington avait exploré le seul compte rendu des débats constitutionnels rédigés par Madison (les Madison’s Notes on debates in the Federal Convention of 1787)

 L’analyse de l’intégralité du corpus qu j’ai effectué m’a convaincu qu’il n’y a aucune allusion à l’exemplarité et encore moins à la préséance de la Révolution de Corse sur l’américaine pendant tous les débats et actes majeurs rédigés entre 1754 et 1799.

 On trouvera ci-après la liste des textes consultés, relatifs à la Révolution des treize Etats et au corpus constitutionnel des Etats, corpus dans lequel la question corse n’est jamais évoquée :
